Terms & Conditions - Hass Haus Manchester Serviced Apartments

    Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing and using Hass Haus services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

    2. Booking and Reservations

    All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only confirmed once:

    • Payment has been received and processed
    • Written confirmation has been provided by Hass Haus
    • Check-in details have been communicated

    3. Payment Terms

    Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept:

    • Bank transfers
    • Credit and debit cards
    • Online payment platforms

    A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after checkout, subject to property inspection.

    4. Cancellation Policy

    Short-term stays (1-29 nights): Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund minus processing fees.

    Long-term stays (30+ nights): 7 days notice required for full refund minus processing fees.

    Same-day cancellations: No refund will be provided.

    5. Check-in and Check-out

    • Standard check-in: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
    • Standard check-out: By 11:00 AM
    • Late check-in/early check-out may be arranged with prior notice
    • Photo ID is required for all guests
    • Maximum occupancy must not be exceeded

    6. Guest Responsibilities

    Guests are responsible for:

    • Treating the property with respect and care
    • Reporting any damages immediately
    • Following building rules and local regulations
    • Not smoking inside the property (where prohibited)
    • Keeping noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 PM
    • Not hosting parties or events without prior approval

    7. Property Damage

    Guests are liable for any damage caused during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacements will be deducted from the security deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, additional charges will apply.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    Hass Haus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for accommodation. We are not responsible for personal belongings or valuables left in the property.

    9. Privacy and Data Protection

    We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Guest information is used solely for booking management and service provision. We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

    10. Force Majeure

    Hass Haus shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

    11. Governing Law

    These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of English courts.
